Library Spaces Guidelines

LEMITO GUIDELINES

  • PROHIBITED DRINKS: Please refrain from bringing any drinks except bottled water into the multimedia room. Spills can stain the carpet.
  • FOOTWEAR: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, kindly remove outdoor slippers or shoes before entering and use the provided slippers by library staff located at the LEMITO lobby.
  • NO EATING INSIDE: Eating is not permitted within the multimedia room to prevent mess and damage to equipment . Please enjoy your meals or snacks at CAFE LIBRO.
  • SEATING CAPACITY: The room has a maximum seating capacity of 71. Ensure that you do not exceed this limit.
  • TECHNICAL ROOM: Access to the technical room is restricted. Please do not enter this area unless you have proper authorization.
  • LIBRARY STAFF ASSISTANCE: If you need any assistance or have questions, always feel free to ask the library staff present. They are here to help you.
  • ATTENDANCE RECORD: Please remember to fill out the attendance before you enter the multimedia. This helps us to keep track of room usage.
  • CLAYGO METHOD: Always follow the “CLAYGO” (Clean As You Go) principle. After using the multimedia room.
  • NO-PDA: Please avoid doing public display of affection inside the multimedia room.

COMPUTER LABORATORY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND READING AREA GUIDELINES

  • PROHIBITED DRINKS: For the safety of the computer equipment, please refrain from bringing any drinks into the computer laboratory. Spills can damage the computers and peripherals.
  • NO EATING INSIDE: To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, eating is not allowed inside the computer laboratory. Please enjoy you meals or snacks in CAFE LIBRO.
  • LIBRARY STAFF ASSISTANCE: If you require assistance or have questions regarding the computer laboratory and its equipment, always ask the library staff for help.
  • CLAYGO METHOD: Practice the “CLAYGO” (Clean As You Go) principle. Ensure that you leave your workspace clean and organized, disposing of any trash in designated receptacles.
  • PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION: Please be respectful of others by refraining from engaging in public displays of affections within the computer laboratory. Maintain a professional and focused atmosphere.
  • Adhering to the guidelines will help create a conducive and productive environment for students while preserving the equipment and facilities for everyone’s benefit.
