The LEMITO Hall is a multi-purpose space in the University Library that provides services to students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors in various events, such as classes, theses presentations, film viewing, rehearsals and audio-video recordings, trainings and workshops, conferences, general assemblies, seminars, and orientations.
The Library Educational Multimedia and Information Technology Office gives priority to the major events at the University.
- LEMITO Hall open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Please remember to fill out the Attendance by scanning the QR CODE. This helps us to keep track of room usage.
- Bonafide Faculty, Staff, and Students can make reservations.
- Always follow the “CLAYGO” (Clean As You Go) After using the multimedia room.
- Only those with approved letters are allowed to use the facility.
- Please refrain from bringing any Food and Drinks except bottled water into the multimedia room. Spills can stain the carpet.
- Eating is permitted within CUSTOMER SERVICE, MUSEUM AND CAFE LIBRO.
- The room has a maximum Seating Capacity of 71 (seats). Ensure that you do not exceed this limit.
- Use the government equipment with care.

- The reservation is two days before the scheduled event.
- Non-UP users will be assessed for an equipment fee for Php50/hour.
- For classes, the professor must send their Letter of Intent with detailed information to our office email and address it to the University Librarian.
- For student Groups or Student Organizations in their needs for practices, film viewing, general assembly, and other academic activities, they must send a Letter of Intent to use the space with the approval and endorsement of their Class Adviser and the Office of Student Affairs (OSA).
- For seminars, culminating activities, and training/workshops, the organizer, either faculty, staff, or student, must send a letter that indicates the subject, number of participants, and objective/s of the event.
